"The roof and trim were done, and look great. But I have a couple of issues .The crew was very unfriendly. I came out just to say hi, and they sneered at me and walked away without a word. Also, after they left I found out that they apparently cut an electric wire as I had a tripped breaker and now some of my electric baseboard heaters don't work. This was in an area where they replaced sheathing material right over my breaker box. I contacted the rep, who acknowledged my issue and I am waiting to hear back."

They explained what they were going to do and made suggestions of how I might want to do things. We accepted the bid. They then came back to show us different decking colors for us to choose from and again offered their opinion on quality and color of the floor. It took them 2 days to complete the deck. Their skill level was very obvious as well as the attention to details. The care they used to protect surrounding property around the deck was great. The men working on the deck were courteous and friendly. I never got another bid because they made such a good impression on me that I could tell they were a quality company. I was right. I highly recommend Rapid Renovations, I don’t know if they are the cheapest but I can tell you that you will not regret hiring them for your project. "
