"He arrived on time. Knew what he was doing and microwave was replaced. Also checked electrical panel and made safety suggestions ,"

"Marin works hard, listens well, foresees issues with the project before they become unsurmountable or even difficult, is flexible and forthright. He also has a quiet sense of humor, one of the things that makes working with him a pleasure. He is clear about the limits of his expertise - that expertise seems considerable, but of course everyone has limits. He built a basically finished room out of one of our garage bays and did it efficiently, and with an eye towards doing it cost-effectively. We are consequently asking him to do our kitchen remodeling next, and are confident that it will also be a positive experience."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"service provider sent by American Home Shield was excellent. The only issue I have with home warranty services is that they do not send their repair companies out on the week-end, even in an emergency. The customer service personnel is less than enthusiastic or helpful."
