He is thorough in preparing his bid, and his crew boss, Mike Nadeau, is outstanding in his follow-through. As in any large job there are unexpected surprises. But they were handled with flexibility and keen attention to detail. Dale and Mike has many good suggestions for dealing with unexpected things that came up. They wanted it to be top-quality in every way. Our house was a triple-decker in downtown Northampton ÃÂ¢ÃÂÃÂ a rental unit that we were turning into condos. The original dark cedar shakes has exceeded their expected life span, but we loved how they looked. The vinyl is now white, and the place looks like a million bucks and is all bright and shiny.
