Get matched with top oven or stovetop repair or service pros in Florence, NJ

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Appointment was set according to our availability. Technician called 30 minutes prior to his arrival time and arrived on schedule. He was very careful not to track any dirt in from his shoes. He asked questions regarding our problems with our oven and stove and then went about analyzing the situation. He stated he could fix the oven today since he had the parts in his truck. For the stove he looked for the parts online and found they have been discontinued. He searched for several suppliers and stated they could be obtained in about 2 weeks. He quoted us a price to fix the oven and then the additional cost to fix the stove. Given the age of the appliance, my husband and I decided to fix the oven today since we needed this, and we would continue to manually light the stove ourselves since we would more than likely be looking to replace all our kitchen appliances in the near future."

"Saxon called and came out same day. Gave us a reasonable quote and scheduled the repair. This is our second time using and I will use them for all small appliance repair."

"Unfortunately for me, parts are not available for the repair I required. But they were very nice, efficient."

"I thought my refrigerator died so I was very upset. I went off a recommendation from a friend and I am so glad I did. Scott was very professional and courteous and had my refrigerator back up and running quickly. He really seemed to care which is something that is missing in service nowadays. Great job and I would highly recommend him to all my friends and family. Excellent value and excellent service."

"I contacted Jimmy about repairing an error on my dishwasher. I received a phone call less than 24 hours after making the request through Home Adviser. Jimmy was very nice on the phone and extremely pleasant. I set up the appointment for the next day. Unfortunately I travelling on business so I wasn't home when Jimmy arrived. I was told by my son that Jimmy spent about 15-20 minutes looking at the dishwasher and left. When I tried contracting Jimmy for an update, I received no reply. Overall the problem was never corrected. And I was never charged for the visit. Nevertheless, it would have been nice if he simply said I'm not familiar with the brand of appliance or a return phone call. When it comes to specific appliances, I think I will stick with the manufacture service repair and rely on Home Advisor for other services."
