"My sprinkler system needed to be checked out and adjusted, Ernesto found a broken pipe that they repaired, relocated one of the sprinklers heads cleaned and adjusted the rest of the heads. He and his crew were very knowledgeable, friendly and respectful finished the job in record time and did it for a reasonable price. I will definitely use him again and highly recommend him to others."

"Rooks did some really good and beautiful work for me (though the work was mostly actually done by a different lawn service) however the job that I paid for was never completely finished.  1st, no liner was placed under the pine straw as I requested and had ready to use, so within a week I had weeds growing back in my gardens.  The edging never got placed. I actually paid someone else a great deal less than what was originally paid to Rooks to lay the edging.  I also requested to setup maintenance and follow-up. Once they were gone, I have yet to hear from them. 
I do hate it, because Chris and Gregg were very nice and good guys. Maybe just overwhelmed with work and quality failed a little.
