Nearly a year later, we?ve received nothing ? no product, no refund, no response. McDaniel gave vague, contradictory excuses (like ?shipping damage?) and then went silent. We filed a BBB complaint, and McDaniel promised a refund via cashier?s checks but never followed through. The BBB confirmed McDaniel stopped responding. After a full year and even attorney involvement, we still have no refund or accountability. This company?s conduct is unethical and deceptive. Beware."
