"This was for my mother's mobile home evaporator cooler, which another handyman had seriously messed up to the point where we couldn't find where the water source was for the unit anymore. Mark and his assistant came out quickly and were very nice to my mom. After quite a bit of effort, to our amazement, they were able to run the water line to the unit on the top of the mobile home roof and uncovered the unit. They also took the time to fold the cover for the unit in a very neat and compact shape. Although I wasn't there during the work, my mom could not stop saying how nice, professional, and competent these gentlemen were. "Steve organized the work of several sub-contractors and got most of the work done in 4-weeks. We were out of the house about 1-week. The work included replacing or repairing 99% of the ceilings on the house's main level and some in the basement, repainting all main level ceilings and walls, replacing all smoke detectors and numerous can lights on the main level, removing and replacing the attic insulation, Ceiling fan replacement, Carpet cleaning and some replacement, some roof repair work, re-roofing a shed, sandblasting and refinishing a privacy fence and large deck, some window and screen damage, Skylight Replacement, replacing all gutters and downspouts, and a number of smaller tasks. The best part is that when additional damage was found that was not included in the original insurance settlement Steve and Angie worked with the insurance company to get the additional repairs covered and taken care of. When it was all done our out-of-pocket expenses were just our Insurance deductible and a handful of other items we asked them to do that were not part of the insurance settlement."

Only annoyance is you pay for the trip to and from your house (which tacks on about an hour of paid labor ....)"

"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."
