"Regrettably, I have to give this merchant a highly negative review due to substantial mismanagement and damage they inflicted on various areas of my home. They blatantly disregarded instructions to avoid my newly installed windows and doors, thus voiding the warranty provided by the installation vendor. This has compelled us to completely replace these items which will be a $10,000+ expense. The merchant also attempted to remove negligently applied paint from the windows and flooring using putty/painters knives, causing damage to the glass and other surfaces. They used thinning agents on finished steps and inappropriately applied paint/tape on numerous surfaces. The merchant also haphazardly placed ladders without any surface protection, leaving the floors scratched and scuffed. Despite clear instructions not to use certain types of tape on finished hardwood floors, the merchant persisted in using high adhesive masking tape. This contravened the project manager's instructions and resulted in further damage. There were days when they failed to show up, and it was evident our project manager was also clueless about the whereabouts of the staff members who were supposed to complete the job. The merchant falsely claimed a daily crew of five individuals, when only two were typically present. There was also a clear communication issue, as none of the painters spoke English, leading to misunderstandings between the project manager and the painting crews. The owner was noticeably absent during the job's duration and failed to provide on-site quality checks despite multiple complaints about the project manager's performance. The merchant also neglected their contractual obligations by failing to prepare surfaces or repair damage before priming and painting the windows and doors. This has led to additional labor costs after their dismissal. To add insult to injury, they damaged the laundry room and other rooms walls, fireplace, and did not repair or paint the doors and trim as promised in the original bid-spec. Their project manager, Tom, rudely interrupted a conversation I was having with another contractor, insisting they would address any damaged areas without covering the repair costs. Their discourtesy, negligence, and substandard workmanship led to their dismissal from the project. Their claim of nearing project completion is baseless, as many rooms exhibited major deficiencies and required significant work after their dismissal. In conclusion, I cannot endorse this merchant due to their unprofessionalism, shoddy workmanship, and disregard for clear instructions. Their assertion of 90% project completion is wholly unjustified, and they have left no record of the damages they caused on my property for credit-card chargebacks. I strongly advise withholding payment until the job's successful completion if you choose to employ them."

"We had an excellent experience with Orf Exteriors. They put on a new roof for us in November 2023. Communication was excellent through every step. Chris came out to talk with us, listening to our desires and advising us. He provided us with his bid in a very timely manner. We were kept informed with each step--when the materials would be delivered and when the work would start. The crew did an excellent job removing the old roofing, installing the new and cleaning up. The job was completed in 2 days. Chris came back after the work was completed to check on things and see that we were completely satisfied. There were a couple of things to get wrapped up and Chris continued to check in until everything was complete. After the conclusion of the work, Chris told us to call back if we ever have any concerns or questions. We would definitely use Orf Exteriors again and recommend them to everyone we know."

"The person who scheduled my appointment was very nice. The employee who came to my home was great -- he looked at the ceiling stain and then got on my roof to check all of the vents. He could not find a problem with any of the vents, but readily agreed to do a "water test" (take a hose up and run water on the vent area) when I requested it. While the water was running he checked the overall condition of my roof and gutters -- even pulled several handfuls of gunk out of the gutters. He was very thorough and nice about answering my many questions. The water test did not change the ceiling stain and he recommended I talk to a plumber regarding a possible plumbing problem. He didn't charge me as he said that he hadn't fixed anything -- but I felt very reassured having had the roof checked. Will definitely use Tesson in the future!"

"From A to Z, Start to Finish (and beyond) this company and the people involved in my roof repair were nothing short of remarkable. Nathan Snyder was my sales rep and was Fantastic. Knowledgeable, kind, considerate, no hard pressure sales. He just simply stated facts easily to understand and was with me by follow up throughout the entire process. He sent a stand in to meet with the Insurance agent who was INCREDIBLE, Dillon. I really liked the was in which he spoke to and treated the insurance agent, very kind and very considerate. They worked in partnership easily. I also has the opportunity to meet the owner of the company this day--how great that he took the time to introduce himself. Dillon and Nathan went way beyond to find just the right type and color roofing that I wanted (not n their books, so they were able to obtain what I wanted) How many company's extend themself in this manner? The day of install was done by a very competent, efficient, and friendly crew--after they left you would never know they had been there, other than the wonderful new roof!
