Then they provided a fair quote, scheduled quickly (weather permitting), executed on time, and provided pictures once the work was complete. "I hired Superior to replace out existing shingled roof, from the very first call into the company to the completion of the job was nothing short of fantastic. The first initial consult with Justin was great, he handled our project with such great communication and keeping us informed and updated on the schedule. He came out the day before the install when the materials were delivered to make sure it was all onsite and ready for the guys the next day, he then came back the next morning to get the guys all set up and going on the project and also touch base with my wife and I. He also then came back at the end of the day to make sure everything had been completed and cleaned up. The cleanliness of the workers and their preparation of the site is unmatched, they tarped every area outside to minimize debris and went around and the end of the day and picked up any and all loose nails and debris that might not of made it into the dumpster. They also took the time to blow off all the surfaces when they were complete. They really value your home as if it was their own and that really shows in their work and project management. The new roof looks amazing and we are super happy with the whole process and their team. Highly recommend them for any project you are looking to have completed at your home."

"Matt assured me that his team could resolve the leak in my roof, and while they arrived promptly, they completed the job in under an hour and charged me $2,500 to essentially replace a few shingles. Reluctantly, I paid, hoping to get through the season without further issues. Unfortunately, the leak persisted. Despite multiple visits from the crew, they only performed minimal work, often blaming debris or other factors to avoid addressing the underlying problem. Fast forward two years, and the roof is still leaking significantly. Matt's behavior has been nothing short of deceitful. I recently spoke with his service representative, Billie, whose favorite word is apparently "unfortunately". They refuse to stand by the shoddy and exorbitantly priced work. Overall, my experience has been nothing but frustrating and disappointing, and I would strongly advise against choosing Phase 4 for roofing needs. I also captured photos of their subpar work, including poorly installed shingles behind the broken siding. The best word to describe this situation is "fraudulent." Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere."
