A couple weeks after the project was completed there was a small problem with the granite. I texted him, he contacted the company and arranged for the issue to be corrected. "Several years ago I used T&J Exteriors to replace 3 or 4 windows on a recently purchased home, so I contacted them again when I decided to replace the rest. My first experience was great; the owner met with me to determine what I needed and to answer questions. After the installation, he called to make sure I was happy with the product and service. My second experience was different; I had to leave a few messages before I heard back from the owner. He told me that he subcontracted out all his window jobs, saying someone would be out to measure. The man who did the measuring and the man who actually installed my windows were professional and competent, and I love the quality the windows. After the job was completed I did not contacted by the anyone to see if I was satisfied, but about a week later I got a call asking for payment. Maybe I am just old school but I believe spending more than $5,000 with a company entitles me to at least a "thank you for your business"."

"I called and asked for an annual gutter cleaning. I was charged for the cleaning I recieved in 2022 with the same photos for January 2023. I had to send in my own pictures as proof that my roof was never cleaned. It took about two weeks to hear back from them. I never recieved an apology for being sent a bill for completed service. The service was rescheduled and completed without any good loyalty to customer, and once again charged me full price."
