"Excellent! We used Clayton at MRZ Contracting to completely redo our front and back yard. I had been wanting to do something for 10 years and finally made it happen! He got his cool 3D design to me and worked with me on final design. His staff was great, kept the area clean each night and created the yard I now love. Included taking down a large tree, installing new front walkway, new stone edging and adding to the backyard patio. We wanted an easy to maintain yard so we have rocks versus grass to cut. Love the recommendations in plants. Realize that due to covid and the Feb 2021 freeze, things happened slower than expected but wow! Love the results! I highly recommend Clayton and MRZ to all of you who need a beautiful redesign of your landscaping."

"Had front porch and walkway stoned. Started cracking almost immediately. Material between stones fell apart quickly and you can feel some rock moving under your feet. They kept saying they would come fix but never did. We had used Chiba’s for a back patio which was excellent work, which is why we asked them to do this additional work. Never again…..does not stand behind their work"

"We ordered a cord of wood from Fort Worth's Yard Man. Maribel was very helpful in providing the pricing and setting a delivery date, even when we had to change it. The wood was delivered and stacked neatly in our shed, and they took care not to drive over our sprinkler heads with the loader. The wood is top quality and has provided us with several nicely burning fires this season. We'll definitely be ordering more from them in the future."

"This was a big project and the crew (Rafael and David) went above and beyond to ensure that all work was professionally done and pleasing. They arrived early and worked long days to finish the project. I couldn't have had a more professional and polite crew than those two. When the project was finished, they did a really good cleanup job. The project manager, Justin was also polite and pleasant to work with, as was Randall Lawrence. "Impact Landscaping did a fabulous job!! We have 2 huge flowerbeds in front of our house. Erik came up with a plan for flowers that we love! We ended up hiring the company to do mowing, care for the beds, and seasonally change annuals - for only a small amount more than we were currently paying for just mowing. Our house is close to our neighborhood greenbelt and on a busier road. We are constantly having people stop and look at the flowerbeds. ?"

"Initially Elizabeth was responsive thru the selling process but once she got paid things went sideways quick, she would duck phone calls and be slow on email responses in my opinion. Overall a truly awful experience with Elizabeth and Splendid Gardens. The most frustrating part was Elizabeth's communication style which at best I'd describe as immature, caddy and unprofessional. On any project it is understandable that miscommunications can and do happen, but when ours arouse she frequently did not return phone calls. Then there was the over promise and under delivery. We were assured the plants would live and if not they would be replaced. The plants did not make it thru the winter and when we reached out to Elizabeth she not only didn't replace them, she refused to come out to look at them, stating that it was "too early in the year" to know if a plant is dead or not. Well, I may not be a horticulturalist but I know a dead plant when I see one. Elizabeth said she would have to wait 3 additional weeks to look. She never showed or responded to us again. The whole experience was disappointing and a bit surprising from my perspective. We paid quite a bit of money, most of which went to the landscaping understandably. The flowers, her communication style and honoring her word should have been the easy part for her."
