"I know this review is a little late, but here goes! We hired Jimmy to replace our subfloor in part of our conventional home. Jimmy was awesome from day 1! He came on time to do our initial quote and threw around some possible ideas, tried them and tried to problem solve to find the best possible fix for our floor issue. He was here for over an hour, crawling under the house, checking framing, measuring and explaining what he recommended; which was nice considering we had 3 other repair guys give us a quote and only stayed for 10 minutes. Jimmy went above and beyond to make sure that the floor was completely sound, and also made sure to choose good quality materials such as the plywood. He chose to buy from one store over another because they had better conditioned wood. We can't say enough good things about Jimmy, he was on time everyday, explained his process, and even went out of the way to repair our threshold and included it in his fee. He has an honest work ethic, reasonable prices, extremely hard working and just an all around good positive guy. We will DEFINITELY use him again in the future!! "What a great experience! Thomas was so professional from start to finish. My fence was damaged in a storm and having dogs, I needed it repaired quickly. He was on a job when I requested a quote but he said he would contact me as soon as he was done for the day. He looked at the pics he requested and gave me a price. He came out the next day to look at it and decided he could repair instead of replace. He even salvaged and reused what wasnâ t damaged. He also cleaned the area when he finished. "The owner of the company initially took about two hours of his time giving us an initial quote, carefully explaining everything as he went and even giving advice on selling our home, home inspection, etc. He was very patient in his explanations in persons and price negotiations by email, despite the fact that we're newbies (only buying our second home) and had a lot of dumb questions and kept changing our mind about what we could afford to do in the house. Their priced are very fair for the high quality of work they do, and I'd pay more just to have the lack of stress of dealing with such a hassle free company. They are a company with several crews, so it isn't just one guy in charge of his own schedule who can't help at all if he's booked. There are a lot of guys who can come work, so when I told them that my home repairs had to get done fast, they were the only ones I could find in town who were able to accommodate that. The crews that showed up worked quickly and competently. With this company, you don't have to worry that they won't show up - you have to worry that they'll show up while you're still in your pajamas! Awesome. The guys on the crew seemed like really genuinely good guys. They all chatted the whole time they worked, and never once did I hear foul language or unsavory talk. On the contrary, it was nice to hear the more experienced workers mentoring the younger ones with advice and information on everything from how to remove dirt dauber's nests, to relationships, to the latest discoveries about a creature that can survive the vacuum of space! Ha! I was especially appreciative of their wholesome talk since I have a toddler who repeats everything he hears! As for the work itself, it was excellent. I couldn't give a good enough review.
