Working with Dollman Construction was one of the best choices we made. People do not even recognize the house now that it is complete they did such a great job."

"Quality of shed work was excellent & Joe was always here when he said he would be.  Generator installation included pouring a stone base to position the generator, connection of natural gas line to generator, running electrical wiring through the crawl space, mounting the transfer switch under the breaker box & all wiring to the fuse box.  Generator started up on the first attempt and powers everything in the house except the clothes dryer & A/C compressor.  Would recommend Joe to anyone based on fair price, quality of work & dependable scheduling. <br />"

"They have done several projects for us over the years. This last project was fairly major. It was 8 or 9 feet off the ground, building a deck first and then covering it with the porch. It was structurally complex. I thought the price was a little high but I was pleased with the quality of the work. We have no complaints with the workmanship. We did not receive other estimates so I can't say it was out of line. We have received many compliments over the years for the project. They were very professional and competent. It was not an easy project. It was fairly involved. But the workmanship was excellent. We talked with them, they showed us plans and we accepted so they had to work us in to their schedule. We understood we would get in when they were free. In the future I would get estimates first but I would contact them first."
