"I purchased a new hot water heater last October. I just had my furnace replaced by a different company and they had to remove the new hot water heater. Upon removing it I noticed a huge dent in the back, 13 in x 19 in. Called customer service to discuss this and was told there's nothing they can do. I originally was really happy with the service, quick and efficient. I did not expect a brand new hot water heater nor a check, but I did expect and do expect some sort of compensation. I will edit this review if and when I feel they've made the situation right."

I met with four contractors before I chose Louisville City Handyman (LCH), one whose reputation deemed them experts in remodeling 100-year-old homes in my neighborhood. Their quote was very close between LCH, but what sold me on LCH was how the contractor, Keenan, communicated with me during the quote assessment, and I am so glad I decided to move forward with him.
