We were pleased the provider was able to do the job prior to Thanksgiving so that the new window treatments could be installed in time for the holiday. Since we'd used this company (Glen Painting) in the past, we still had some paint available which they were able to use. The Crew Leader and his helper arrived the first day and we reviewed what was to be done. Since this involved work throughout the entire house I was pleased that he listened and responded to any questions/wishes I had about the order in which they would proceed. The entry floors were covered completely and they asked permission to use one section of the garage to store their materials. When working in specific rooms they took a photo; moved and covered all furniture and wall art; and completely replaced everything to the exact location, upon completion in the room. At the end of each day there was a through clean-up which I greatly appreciated. For several days only one worker was present, If any question arose he was able to call the Crew Leader and I was able to speak with him for clarification.  Example:  Door saddles needed to blend in with tiles in three areas. Several samples were done making my final choice easier. Although the worker listened to music, it was at an appropriate volume, making it easy to speak with him, as needed. Upon completion, the Crew Leader returned to see that the work was done and several days later the Provider came and we spoke about how well everything turned out.
