Four seasons staff are true professionals, they had a crew of 20 people working from 7:00 am till about 5:00 p.m. They arrived fully equipped and worked until roof was completed. The following day the Gutters were installed and voila!, my roof was completed and my yard was cleaned as if nothing happened. Professional service. Very happy with the service provided by Four Seasons."

"Installation Date: Late August 2022 The roof installation and gutters were installed and look great. I DO NOT like what they did with the flashing on my chimney. It looked cheap, put together in haste, and with really bad and cheap materials. I had to call and argue with a representative to explain to him that the job they did on the chimney was horrible and that it had to be corrected. He tried to convince me it was the way it's done. I then showed him my neighbors house who had their roof done by another company. Power Home charges a premium and it didn't seem like they were very invested in the job they were doing. Additionally, the trash bin that was delivered was way to small and all the trash didn't fit. As a consequence, they left trash in front on my house and on my property for weeks after. I had to call a second time and resort to begging to get them to come by to pick up the trash. Overall, I feel like they didn't respect the job they were doing, the final touches were horrible, and they didn't treat my home with love or respect (as if it were their own home). Also, there is now a huge gap between the siding and the new roofing material. I fee they should have found and budgeted for a solution for that issue in the form of a bit of siding or flashing to minimize that gap. Now water and critters will get in through that gap. Overall, if I could do it again, I would defiantly NOT chose Power Home Remodeling. I DO NOT recommend them."

"I called the top two rated Angie's List companies in my area of Brooklyn and both responded. Topline quickly viewed my home and sent me a bid along with additional suggestions. I asked for and received another manufacturer's white vinyl shake siding and it was a perfect siding match (the original siding company is out of business). The second company was difficult to reach, but eventually responded, but with a bid a few hundred dollars more than Topline. I selected Topline and they arrived exactly on time on the day they said they would. They worked quickly and neatly, removing my old siding and installing to perfection my new siding and corner posts. They swept up completely and also cleaned out the debris in my gutters. The work crew (3 men) worked quickly and were very polite. During the early stages of the work the owner showed up to observe how his crew was performing. Very professional. Pete Petrochilos and his entire team were extremely professional and the workmanship was superb.  They came when they said they would come and cleaned up after they finished their work each day.  They were polite and dedicated.  Pete was a real gentleman and kept his word on everything that he promised.  If there was a concern, he answered his phone, no matter what the hour and resolved every situation to my complete satisfaction.  His business ethics are of the highest standard and truly unheard of in todays marketplace.  I would recommend him highly to anyone who is looking to have high quality work done without worry or frustration and with the added knowledge that he backs up all his work.  Although his price may have been a bit higher than some, the materials he used, including the insulation, gutters, siding etc. were of the best quality and warranted the very slightly higher cost.  He did a beautiful job!  I have a friend who is extremely knowledgeable and very discerning.   He has already had commented on the flawlessness of Pete's work and now want to use him as well.

Addendum: I had a question a year later about a section of the siding on the upstairs deck.  He drove out to my house in the heat and heavy beach traffic (about an hour) and explained to me why it had been done the way it was done (correctly, I might add).  He wouldn't even take a dime for his trouble.  This is just the kind of service and consideration that can be expected of him.

"Hired last year, roof was fine until snow collected on roof and began to melt and it was then it leaked into the house. I called and they responded which was good, they sent people to the house and hopefully repaired the leak but now I have to fix the water damage(to sheetrock) myself for the second time."

"We noticed recently that our roof was leaking where water started dripping down the inside of the walls. We called to get an estimate & were scheduled quickly. On the day of the estimate, they said they could start working on the roof that day which we appreciated. They not only fixed the hole in the one area that was the result of the leak, but they also sealed the entire roof to prolong its life for an estimated 10-15 years, along with some gutter work. Since then it's rained a few times here, & our walls are not leaking anymore. On a side note to show their integrity & thoughtfulness: I recently had a medical procedure so we put a sign on the door not to ring our doorbell as I'm recovering. At one point during the day, they needed an outside electric outlet to continue their work (my house is very old & does not have one). Instead of ignoring the sign, they waited around an hour to get in contact with my husband over the phone, which I was extremely thankful for. Overall wonderful experience with this skilled, courteous, nice, professional company."
