The representative provided a sample of the new flooring to make sure it matched existing flooring. I couldn't have asked for a closer match, since the existing flooring was 11 years old. The installer contacted me the day before to confirm his arrival time on the installation day. He arrived as stated fully prepared to commence work. His team was very professional. They had the new floor installed in about three hours. They installed floor molding and cleaned up the room and gave instructions on taking care of the new flooring.
