Of the three contractors who looked at the job, only Jon was willing to take it on. His approach was simple, innovative, and safe. He is a perfectionist. Everything was double secured. He made several excellent suggestions along the way, and was most reasonable in his change order charges. When was the last time you had a contractor like that?
