"Top notch service from both Alex and Leo! I had to do an out of state move recently and reached out to the company at the last minute. Regardless of the short notice, they were extremely responsive and were able to accommodate my tight schedule. Honestly, I could not have done this move without them -- they relieved so much stress off my back and made the whole process smooth sailing! They let me use their plastic crates for my move, delivering them two days before and allowing me to keep them for five days after. "I had just received a promotion I was waiting 5 yrs for! They told me I had to be there in 2 weeks!!! I started getting anxiety as how can I move so fast with a 3 full bedroom home! After ALLOT of research I just typed in 3 top moving companies in US and Northern moving systems was 1 of the 3 after calling one of the other top 3 I called Northern and got a salesperson Bryan who after I explained my circumstance he made me feel so comfortable,was SO professional and honest about delivery time !(the other company told me 2 days which I thought sounded too good! ) as I just received my delivery on Saturday Well, I went with Northern moving systems, just received my delivery on Saturday, and as I promised my personal rep Brian if all went well, I would write a great review and after doing six moves, I’ve never had such professional moving company from start to finish and someone there by my side anytime I needed it! "Every portion of the move is contracted out: the guy that comes to do home survey and estimate, movers that load the truck, the driver, the movers that unload the truck. These are all different entities, not a single cohesive company. There is no central coordination or continuity in service. It was the cheapest quote we received and it showed when the job was done. The surveyor was nice when at the home and helpful, but not available to take my calls or answer questions after that. The move coordinator was short, indifferent and rude with a smile. I would avoid this company if possible."
