I needed some repairs done on the screen door on my patio due to my grandkids and dog, and Ken, the owner, came the next day to see what repairs would need to be done. As soon as the necessary parts came in, Jodie, a member of the team, came and fixed the door in under thirty minutes. He was super nice and very professional. Not only did he fix what we asked them to fix, but he also took the time to make sure that all the work they did four years ago was still in good quality! The owner (who usually goes on all jobs, but was unavailable when my services were performed) contacted me to get details. He refunded the $50 I was charged for removing the logs, and ensured the chimney had been cleaned. He said he would remind his assistants to mention any charge upfront. He asked if I experienced any uncomfortableness with the workers, based on my lower grade for professionalism. I said no, my irritation at the charge for removing the logs colored my rating for the overall, price, quality and professionalism ratings. Based on his responsiveness in checking to ensure the work was done properly and refund of unexpected charge, I would hire again, and recommend him to others."
