"We recently hired Couto Construction to replace 15 windows and 2 doors. They used Pro Via, a USA company that manufactures top-quality products. We could not be more pleased with our new windows and doors. Our old drafty windows/doors are gone, replaced by beautiful Pro Via windows and doors that are so easy to clean and operate. Brendan, Josimar, and Marcelo did a great installation job. They are expert installers and kept everything clean at the end of each day. Brendan is also an excellent project foreman, he explained what would happen each day and made sure that we were happy throughout the process. This is our second major project using Couto (roof in 2020) and they have exceeded our expectations both times. They always answer the phone, always return calls, and always communicate any updates. They put it all in a bucket and hauled the stuff away so I didn't have gunk all over my yard. They were clean and professional about it. They did an estimate to do some roof repairs too, but it has taken them 2 months to get back out here so that was kind of interesting.
