He gave us several options that were all reasonable and made sense such as a basic level panel swap and a higher tier panel with lots of expandability including solar-ready. He also gave some additional add-on options such as grounding rods and stucco repair which was greatly appreciated although ultimately we did not use. Not once did Kevin try to pressure us into purchasing these additional add-ons which is greatly appreciated. Kevin is a respectful and does not get pushy.
