I secured Benjamin for a job to mount televisions in my townhome, and while I was happy with the first install, he drilled a hole right into a water line, which happened to be the Riverside County Fire Department's water suppression system. Both the Owner of the property and I have made several attempts to reach out and try to resolve the issue and the damages, and we haven't gotten any calls back. This is unprofessional and downright negligent. I hope you all have insurance, because you will be left with all the damages if God forbid a water line is mistaken for a stud.
