"Shortly after becoming a first time home buyer, I found myself having to contend with my first homeowner issue in the form of a kitchen sink leak...which was slow, insidious, and likely going on for some time as the whole cabinet unit and 5 layer kitchen floor needed to be ripped out and replaced. "The quality of the solid and Engineered wood is very high. Compared to previous product I experienced from other suppliers their finish is harder and less chances of being scratched. Each box of the Solid wood always has two 7' long planks. This give you enough long planks to be used in special situation like establishing the reference start line while installing. Mill work is good, so installation went smoothly. The problem I don't like is that they charged me two different shipments because the solid and the Engineered wood comes from different parts in the US."

"I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured. Granite Gold also provides excellent professional support."

"The carpet installers showed up and left the old carpet from the previous installation job. They said that that and my old carpet would be picked up by the evening. Thevold carpet was not picked up until Tuesday around 3. The installers left a big mess. There were tiny scraps spread throughout the house. They did not vaccum the rooms also like they were supposed to. The installers cane back out on Tuesday after I sent pictures proving that it was not vaccumed. When they showed up they were really rude. Also they said they would credit Joe's for the vaccuming. I mentioned it to the sales person and I did not get that credit. It went into the companies pocket. They are a joke and have issues."
