"About a year ago, after several days of heavy wind and rain, I woke up to my roof leaking into my living room. After trying to contact several roofing contractors, Dialed In sent someone over to take a look. It was too late in the season for them to do the roof replacement last year, but they kindly sent one of their guys to do a temporary repair to get me through the winter. They did the temporary fix for no charge, with the agreement that I would have them do the roof and gutters this year. They were very nice to work with. Their crews were very efficient and had the space cleaned up as soon as the job was complete. I highly recommend."

"We had Benjamin Brothers come out in summer of 2017. They provided us with an estimate that was fair and told us our roof would probably last for another couple years. We held off on fixing the roof and fast forward to June 2018, we had a leak. We called them to see if they could come out to help with the leak. My husband called and was told we would get a call back. Nothing. I called - was told we would get a call back. Nothing. We waited a day to see if we would get a call back. Nothing. I contacted them on Angie's list. They did not respond. After posting a review on Angie's list which discussed my frustration with the situation, the owner contacted me. He reminded me that their company does not do roof repair, just replacement. (Which I had forgotten.) He also explained that he was out of town with a new cell phone number and that may have impeded communication. This is all very understandable. I still however wonder why the person who took my husband and my call couldn't just have told us that they didn't do roof repair. Would have save a lot of stress. With all the above in mind, I still appreciated the fact that the company was very professional when they gave us our estimate in 2017 and they did agree to honor their estimate from last year if we chose to have our roof replaced with their company."

"this was the third time they had to come out to repair the rubber roof (which leaked), and to repair a portion that they had done incorrectly a couple of months prior. The leak was not repaired and they insisted on charging me for repairs to correct their previous work. I am now using Industrial Restoration/C&S. "They went over and above what they were supposed to do. When they were doing the gutters, Jerry found an area on my dormer roof that had rotting boards and replaced them without being asked. He checked on things while he was working that I never would thought of without any prompting. <br /> They were personable, on time, and cleaned up everything in a timely fashion. There was an area under the window that is usually just sided-over, but they put on an application that prevents water from seeping through the siding. They did a lot of preventative maintenance on my house basically, that I would've had to pay someone thousands of dollars to do and they did it all on their own. <br /> The house turned out so beautiful that a member of City Hall came out and took pictures to be displayed showing local home improvement! I'm so proud of it."

"I first contacted them in April and their lead estimator came out right away for a quote. The deck in the backyard had to be removed to get to the siding. They sent me to another contractor for the deck removal and replacement who gave me an estimate after four weeks that was double what my insurance was willing to cover. I removed the deck myself and scheduled an appointment. The day before the appointment they pushed me back another day for another customer. The team replaced most of the insulation in the basement and patched the side of the house. They charged me for 547 square feet of insulation but didn't use half that much and kept the extra. The patch was not installed properly, it was screwed through the outside face and they only replaced a short section when I paid for 20 square feet(see photo).
