"We waited to review our project 1 year after completion to be sure that all was well. We are very pleased with the final result. Our only mishap was having miscommunications with B&B when we requested follow up 4 months after project completion – our issues were resolved with a factory representative. No hard feelings. How It Went- Workers were professional and competent. Building on an existing slab is extremely challenging – because the slab slopes away and down from the house – 2 angles that need to be countered when leveling windows and doors etc. When corrective rework was needed (to compensate for a 2 inch site deviation) the team didn’t hesitate and B&B came up with an excellent solution. We retained the exterior stucco exterior of our house for the room and they finished the wall beautifully – it required a lot of fine and patient work. We asked for an 18 inch deep exterior pad – which accommodates a doormat and our foot print. It was done this way – although there was initial push back on this request. We also involved our own electrician, who is familiar with this old house – and we came up with an elegant solution to connect to our home. After project closure, we delayed evaluation until things settled out. Over the next few months, some of the sliding windows became increasingly difficult to open and close – and during an extremely fierce and long rainstorm we experienced a leak coming from one corner of the enclosure. We immediately spoke with B&B. With miscommunications with B&B, we resolved our issues with a factory representative in a single short visit: they added weep holes to the exterior, caulked, replaced a window roller and adjusted windows and the screen doors. We are very pleased with the final result. And so are our kitties."

"I prefer not to disclose the amount that I spent on their services.  I wouldn’t suggest using them.  My husband and I are in our seventies and we can’t do anything much anymore.  I asked them if they would come back every three or four months and check and see how things are for maintenance.  I asked if they had a maintenance programme and they said they did.  So I gave them a call and they said that they would call back.  I can’t tell about the timing because they never did call back.  They were not so responsive.  If they weren’t interested in doing the maintenance work, they could have just told me.  I could have found someone else.  They gave so many reasons for not calling back like the receptionist was at the doctor’s or the guy was not available.  That’s kind of bad.  They could have just said that they didn’t have a maintenance programme and that was fine.  I did hire someone else who is doing a maintenance programme for me.  I think Wilhelm Sprinkler Co over charged me but that’s okay.  I thought they would have had a certain level of professional quality but it wasn’t like that.  They were responsive and punctual until that time.  I will not use their services again in the future."

"A quarter of our existing Yard needed considerable heavy duty work dealing with exposed soil, re-routing drain-pipes and part of an existing sprinkler system as well as installing root barriers for some newly planted fruit trees etc. My husband and I knew exactly what we wanted done in phase 1 of a complete overhaul of our entire back-yard. The area in question also had to remain friendly & safe for our young grandchildren. Preferably, we wanted to hire a local contractor. Finding someone, who would ACTUALLY LISTEN and PAY FULL ATTENTION to OUR NEEDS, was willing to work with us (primarily with me during the project) was a must. It also had to be someone who was flexible enough to adapt to our irregular busy schedules. The selection of Signature Landscaping occurred mainly because prior landscapers we contacted did not respond to our calls or to online written requests from various online referral services, resulting in delay and loss of valuable time for us. Therefore, we proceeded with the removal of weed and root infested lawn area to a significant depth, made some changes and planted new fruit trees by ourselves before we found Signature Landscaping by searching Google in our Zip Code. Moe Khoee, owner of Signature Landscaping, responded within the hour of my call and asked me to send him some pictures. Communications thereafter to and from Signature Landscaping occurred smoothly and rapidly from the efficient Office Manager, Beth, who arranged a meeting with Arshee, Chief Landscape Architect for the company. Arshee turned out to be the perfect individual to work with us to fulfill our requests. He was professional and friendly in his approach, spent substantial time to carefully listen to our plans, agreed to do his best and comply with our schedule. After discussing all the details and answering all our questions to our satisfaction we felt very comfortable to have him do the job. He also brought up some good ideas and assigned the perfect crew for us. Furthermore, he remained faithful to the negotiated contract and never asked for payment until each phase was done. Arshee also kept on top of every aspect of the job (needless to say so did I). He responded to questions during the project without hesitation. We would also like to compliment Arshee’s Project Manager, Pepe, and his courteous assistant. It was indeed a real pleasure to work with all of them. I asked them whether I could take videos and or snap pictures of their painstaking work to share with our close friends and they agreed. Both our family and friends loved the transformation from a weed infested lawn area to a gorgeous weed, dirt free and water saving orchard area of our backyard. To our true delight, we were fortunate to find exactly what we had sought and Signature Landscaping fulfilled our wishes. The Company is at the higher end of the cost we incurred. HOWEVER, Arshee and his crew DELIVERED EXACTLY WHAT THEY PROMISED, were very attentive, went the extra mile with a smile, which was far more important to us! Of course, we will discuss future projects and maintenance with Arshee. My husband and can recommend Signature Landscaping without hesitation."

"They are my go to company now. No matter the size of the work they show up with a smile and get the work done. with the front yard I made several changes to our original plans. Rigo was very flexible and allowed for the changes without any difficulty. For the most part he did all the changes without a change order. I find that their pricing is fair and they stand behind their work. Rigo won't walk away from the job until you are satisfied. I plan on hiring him for my next project; which, is to build a laundry room in the garage and remodel the garage."

"They did a good job at removing and installing the new fixtures. The problem was there were multiple leaks with lines not being installed correctly. I took the lines off and used teflon tape to stop the leaks. I could not stop one of the leaks so had to call the company to have someone come back out and fix the problem. The were very responsive if correcting the problem. If the problem was not resolved I would have given a much lower rating. I was disappointed at had to do anything at all to correct the problem with a $565 installation fee. I shouldn't have had any problems at that price."
