I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

I was pleased with it but they couldn't really do totally what I wanted done but it wasn't their fault, it was just the house, they couldn't get under it because the house was too close to the house. It took a little while but it was the weather so they can't put that stuff in there I think below 50 degrees. The first weekend they tried to do it but it took them a couple of times out to get it done but that really wasn't their fault. I thought the price was fair. I hadn't really shop with other people but I'm okay with the price. As far as I know, the quality is pretty good but I haven't gone underneath. I'd recommend them."
