Lonny gave us a prompt bid for the work and materials and worked closely with us as we made color and metal choices. He was very patient as we changed our minds on color a few times and was very knowledgable about metal types and manufacturer warranties. Gary and Donald installed the roof. We were so impressed with their craftsmanship! They hand cut all the metal themselves and made a lot of custom cuts. They showed up everyday until it was done and it’s beautiful! The roof has already been through one winter and performed perfectly. We get so many compliments from our neighbors on the roof and lot’s of questions about the advantages of a metal roof. If you’ve ever considered something other than a moss-collecting composite roof that has to be replaced every 10 to 20 years, check out a metal roof for your home. And, we definitely recommend that you go with JT West for the materials and install. Lastly, they were less expensive than all the other bids we received. "The salesman indicated that they would replace rotted wood; however, the installers did not replace any wood. The installers were on time, did their work quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. The cost was, however, several times greater than the closest estimate. The product looks good, and the wood behind the gutters was wrapped in a metal-type siding, so it should be protected from contact with water. Overall, I am pleased, but no one appreciates being lied to."
