"Excellent work refinishing our wood floors in two bedrooms and a hallway."

"Owned and operated by vets. They refinished our floors and did an amazing job. Jason and Bryce had the knowledge, skills and ability to demonstrate excellent workmanship on a floor that had had a hard life for 40 years from pets, kids and furniture. They were on time, courteous, and very hard workers that stuck to the job until they reached a stopping point each day, regardless of the hours. And their price was lower than most of the contractors that I had interviewed (mostly on Angie's List)."

"Outstanding Job. Our Forever Floor is Finally Here! Fillip and his crew did a wonderful job on our kitchen floor. After a really bad experience installing LVT on an uneven surface, my partner and I were determined to find a contractor who could get it right this time someone who would give us our forever floor. From the start, Fillip was attentive and professional. He met with both of us, listened to all our concerns, and helped us come up with a solid game plan. I can’t say enough good things about his company. He truly cares about his customers something you don’t see enough these days. Even though I was responsible for providing all the materials, when the transitions I bought didn’t quite match the look of the floor, Fillip went above and beyond. He found and picked up the right pieces that same day so the job could be finished properly. I may not have the flashiest kitchen, but thanks to Fillip, the floor is flawless and I’m definitely hiring him again to do the backsplash once my partner finishes installing the trim. Highly recommend!"

"I had the pleasure of working with Austin on refinishing the original hardwood floors in our 1960 home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, Austin was professional, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with. His craftsmanship and attention to detail brought new life to our floors while preserving their original character. At the time of the project, we had not yet fully moved into our home, and Austin treated our property with the utmost care and respect. He consistently ensured the house was secured at the end of each workday and even went out of his way to bring an Amazon package inside for us. My fiancé and I were especially impressed by the value Austin provided. As a couple working within a limited budget, we appreciated that he offered the most competitive quote while still delivering exceptional, high-quality results. We are thrilled with our refinished floors and highly recommend Austin to anyone looking for flooring services."

"My first review would not take any of my photos. They did a great job. Super fast... done in 8 hours 2 bedrooms hallway and landing on 2nd floor"

"Wonderful job refinishing 20-year old oak floor. Prompt, efficient, courteous. Would definitely hire them again."

"Very satisfied with floor refinishing."

"It has been several years since Floors by Dave installed hardwood in my kitchen, so this review is a little out of date. However, it also means I have lived with the floors since then, so it may have more value to you. Floors by Dave needed to match the existing
60-year old quarter-sawn red oak already throughout the house, and it's a perfect match. That involves considering the width of the boards, the grain and the natural color of the wood before it's stained. (Note: unless you want to refinish all of the existing flooring, there will be a slight difference between the old and new until the stain fully matches the existing hardwood.)
I was actually living out of town when the work was done but it was done when promised and didn't take any longer than expected. Every decision was made over the phone and I had to take a little leap of faith. There were no unexpected expenses either. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the quality and appearance of the floors. All of the details, like how the floors are trimmed at the walls and the transition between kitchen and dining room are exactly as I would have wanted (if I had actually thought to request it.) And they have held up perfectly even in the imperfect environment of a kitchen where liquids and food get all over. They are easy to clean and look about as good as they did 3-1/2 years ago.
I would have no hesitation recommending Floors by Dave to anyone looking for top-notch work. They probably aren't the cheapest, but it's worth every penny."
