Pacific Coat spent four days with a two man crew washing, scraping, calking and spot priming before they painted. When they were nearly done they asked me to inspect everything and make a touch-up list. I was pretty picky about it. Their response was to take care of all of it, immediately, with no questions asked. That's excellent service.
