"Robert came over to look at the jobs I needed done.  He was very punctual for both visits.  At a later date he completed the work in the time allotted by the coupon.  Some of the jobs included covering the attic vents, replacing outside lights with covers, a small paint job at the second story roofline and replacing a deadbolt.  He worked quickly and efficiently.  This was a great experience,  these were projects that needed to get done in time for winter and I could not do them.  Thank you Robert!"

I would have been happy to contract for regular service with Earthview Lawncare, but they were no longer going to be working in my area. The only problem I had was with scheduling. I had scheduled for a day in early April, but no one showed up or called. I rescheduled for a Saturday in early May and, again, no one showed up. On Sunday, the crew arrived and performed the work as requested. I totally understand that this sort of work can go over schedule, or be held off by rain, but communication is essential. A phone call would have gone a long way towards getting an unqualified A review.

Once he finally made the appointment he did the backflow test and the evaluation.  He said he would email a quote for some repairs needed never heard back made a follow up call and never heard back. I had to find someone else to do the required work.

"First appointment we had some confusion but second appointment was prompt and efficient and on a Saturday so we could bo be present.  Gave us the price immediately, added more to his services as we walked the yard.  Called us Monday and schedule for Tuesday.  The workers came and completed all the work in one day.  Two items were missed and they were very willing to come back out and complete those items before payment.  It is nice to have an office person who can take calls and share messages back and forth.  It is understandable that landscaping personnel cannot be reached immediately so having someone to talk to provides excellent customer focus and service.
