"I had JTs West Coast Gutters install European half-round gutters on 2 houses. Both were complicated jobs. The first house was a steel 5 inch classic European half-round system installed on a large daylight ranch with a steep (7/12 pitch) metal roof. The 2nd house has an even steeper metal roof (mostly 8/12 pitch). It is a very high 2 story with a combination of 5 inch and 6-inch zinc half-round gutters and 5-inch steel half-round gutters. This 2nd house had 2 high and steep dormers, a 2nd story porch roof, and a large main roof, all in slick metal. The 2nd house took 2 1/2 days as it was a very complex install, with 5 main downspouts, 4 downspouts on the 2 dormers and 2 20 foot tall downspouts on the high porch area. Both installs were beautifully done by Gary and his crew and they cheerfully accommodated every special request regarding positioning and alignment. Just an outstanding experience in both jobs, thanks, guys!"

The 6K gutters look great and installation was very clean and proper. 2VB was always on time for our appointment and the installation day. They did exactly what they said they'd do and went the extra mile by blowwing leaves off the roof for me. Nice touch. Job site was cleaned up very well too. I recommend 2VB to family and friends. "The salesman indicated that they would replace rotted wood; however, the installers did not replace any wood. The installers were on time, did their work quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. The cost was, however, several times greater than the closest estimate. The product looks good, and the wood behind the gutters was wrapped in a metal-type siding, so it should be protected from contact with water. Overall, I am pleased, but no one appreciates being lied to."

He was able to complete my roof for a very reasonable price actually lower than a lot of competitors in the area. Ramon's company is locally based in Scappoose Oregon and he uses local folks for his Services. I love and appreciate that he uses folks from the area as well as products from the area like Malarkey Roofing which is manufactured right here in Oregon. His crew was able to do a complete tear off and install of my roof in one day! With only some final touch-ups needed the next day because it simply became too dark for them to see and be safe. I was having a couple days where my brain wasn't obviously working quite right and he was ever so patient with me regarding the quote that he had given me that was VERY clearly written in black and white yet I misread it. I had a myriad of odd questions and never once did Ramon not give me his full attention to answer questions in person, text, phone or email. His crew also did power washing for me as well as gutter services and I could not be more pleased his company truly embodies the quote-unquote spruce up factor and while it's not listed on their services it should be because his company does actual full roof installation.
