"The good experience with Raindrop started with the estimate; Lee was knowedgeable and up front with me about the need to fix my chimney before they could do the roof work; neither of the other roofing contractors had mentioned that. When I accepted their bid, but the work couldn't start for over a month, they held the original price even though the cost of materials had just gone up. When they came to do the work, they were courteous and always willing to answer any questions I had about the process. And Ryan, the owner, is a real sweetheart; he came by at the end to check and make sure I was satisfied, which I definitely was. I've already recommended them privately to 2 friends who are ready to redo their own roofs."

They put in a temporary patch until they were able to redo the entire roof a few days later (as the prior roof was installed incorrectly). "WOW!!! Words cannot express how blown away we were by Juan and his team (Armando and Daniel worked on our project) at completely residing our home. Starting with the bid process, Juan was the only contractor who brought out materials for us to actually visually see the differences of why he prefers to work with some products over others and to also show how his crew will use the products to ensure that the home is protected against the weather. After completely walking the home with us and actively listening to our ideas, he made gentle suggestions based on his industry experience and current design trends. He was never pushy or arrogant. We loved his ideas and incorporated them into our design. Beth, his Admin Assistant, was absolutely amazing to work with. She was always available to us and we felt like she could answer any question we had as well as Juan could!! Juan and his crew were great stewards of the construction materials and our budget!!! We noticed early on that they had created a "scrap pile" so that usable smaller pieces would not go to waste on smaller repair sections of our home. We appreciated that they did not grab a new sheet of plywood for every repair considering the cost of wood these days. They saved us sooooo much money doing this! We are so grateful!!!!! The craftsmanship and skill level of everyone involved, including the painters, completely transformed our home from one in desperate need of repair to a dream home worthy to be bragged about! We cannot recommend this company enough and look forward to working with them again when the time comes to replace our doors, redo our deck, and install some fencing! Thank you JLV!!!!"

"We hired this company back in July to do a whole new roof. They got it done in four days. The whole crew was very nice and very respectful. Did not leave no mess behind highly recommend this company for any kind of roofing project or anything is not too big or small for them"

"Steve Wade, the owner, immediately responded to my call for the roof to be replaced on my home. He reviewed the process with me in detail and drew up a concise and fair contract for the extensive area involved in my two-level home.  He had the dumpster delivered and the very next day the crew was on the job.  They were very careful to use all safety equipment and worked quickly to remove the old two layers of shingles.  They placed a liner over the bare roof to protect it from and moisture until the new shingles could be applied. The crew also covered shrubs to ensure that they would not be damaged by falling shingles.  One section of a back addition had lost some shingles two years ago and the wood was starting to rot underneath.  The crew replaced the entire section while making sure that I was aware of this addition to the project.  The shingles that I chose were then very quickly placed on the roof while the crew members were tied off to safety hooks since the roof has an extreme slant.  The project was completed in seven days which was wonderful considering how noisy it was (understandable for this type of project though).  Steve Wade came out the next day to review the work and note any punch list items that needed to be completed before final payment was made.  He was very responsive to get crew members out as soon as possible to complete these items.  This company is very professional, the workers are careful and listen to any concerns from the owner or guidance as to where to store tools during the project.  I have used this company in the past to paint my home and I was very pleased that I chose them for this major roofing project.  My home looks amazing now and Steve made sure it was done correctly and that I was satisfied with the results.  I will definitely continue to use this company for any future home projects that require remodeling, etc.  They are a fast working crew and everyone is professional and leaves a clean area at the end of each day.
