"Daniel provided a thorough assessment of the broken dishwasher and even a recommendation. He was very communicative and not pushy at all to try to get more work - he eventually recommended we purchase a new dishwasher as President's Day sales were coming up (as it would be too costly to repair the existing unit). Until then he put in a temporary fix. His office manager was always quick to reply by email or phone. The pricing was very good and I would gladly recommend D&M and use them again in the future."

"Alex did a great job. He was right on time, communicated clearly about the problem, fix, and cost, and he worked efficiently. My oven was fixed in no time. Highly professional and all Covid safety measures were in place (masks, gloves, shoe covers). I highly recommend this company and their technicians."

"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"These guys were ABSOLUTELY terrific. They came the same day, spent considerable time diagnosing the issue and trying various fixes, Gabe me an honest appraisal of whether to order the parts that might or might not have solved the problem - all for $95. Steve was terrific - I would call these guys again in a second. So unusual to find in the middle of NYC!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you."
