"Oh my God they are fantastic. Oh my God , they are the best. They are just really good they are the best vendor I have ever used. Well because my roof is beautiful. What happened was, we had a you know, they came out and gave me a bid. My roof was having some issues and I did not think it was, he did not even think it was that bad, and what happened was that the roof started to fail, like it was too weak. And they came out everytime I called them. Because we had ran into like a time, and they had to do a schedule, a reschedule of three weeks and I am waiting for this roof. They came out every time it rained and a drop came in through that, if I had called for a complaint, they came out immediately that day. And they needed time to fix it but they instead of fixing would replace the whole thing. It was a $ 30,000 roof. Yeah, so it was a huge roof. So they did a great job. One of the other contractors came out after that, and said you know, Cheryl your roof is beautiful. Modern methods, they are like A+ .  I worked them over, I made them put me on their insurance. They are really quick, every time I called them out, they did not charge me and they knew that I was going to replace the whole thing. And I was really really very happy."

"David and his crew are amazing! They really know their "stuff". We have a 10 unit condo complex surrounded by lots of trees. Last year they did dry rot repairs, fixed or replaced gutters throughout the complex. It was quite the project! In the fall, we hired them again and they did a gutter cleaning. "Roof was completed, and is good. However communication was not great- the project manager did not communicate the schedule or say when they would show up on day 1, or what the schedule for the week was. They moved fast and broke things- landscape lights, shingles flung everywhere, plants crushed, tar marks on many painted white surfaces (pergola, siding, trim, etc). Wrong drip edge color was installed (I was the one to catch that). Despite clear milestones in the contract, they asked for payment for demolition portion before demo was complete, asked for payment for materials before materials were delivered, project manager was aloof, did not reliably show up to site, and was unaware of details and had poor control over the 100% Spanish speaking crew. They missed demolition of a portion of roof that I had to point out to them- again poor attention to detail and quality control. When they made mistakes, they generally attempted to fix, but I would expect better from the get go."
