We had hired 2 other AC contractors previously for other repairs and had asked them the same question and they never showed any interest in checking the problem out, but not Brian. Brian checked the system out and determined the original install was less than perfect and made a recommendation for repair. He and his employee Angel returned within a couple of days and made a vast improvement to our airflow situation. He actually removed 25 feet of excess ductwork that was contributing to the problem.
