"The whole project (installing a walk in shower to replace a tub/shower) was outstanding. The two individuals that worked on the project one a plumber and the other the shower installer were very professional and friendly and certainly knew what they were doing. They got the job done in one day and did a great job of cleaning up afterward. I am quite impressed with Bath Fitter."

"Cameron and Sabrina completed our shower install. They worked as a team and got the job finished in a day. The new shower replaced our old tub/shower and it turned out beautifully. Cameron communicated with us throughout the process and asked us questions regarding placement of shelves and some of the finishing touches which I appreciated very much. They were very organized and cleaned up throughout the process. Very happy with the new shower and very happy with the workmanship and service we received from Cam and Sabrina."

"Fast tub replacement with walk in shower, 3 safety grab bars all new shower fixtures and a shower seat that folds up on back wall. Job was done in one long day for the installers who were courtesy."

"I appreciated he found a way to replace the faucets and shower by going through the kitchen wall so as not to disturb the tile. Also appreciated his honesty about his recommendations concerning the tile."

"I needed to replace my parents' 40 year old AC Condenser and coil, and replace it with something that worked with the new furnace my father got installed four years prior. They were able to do the work requested, and also offered to redo the furance installation as the previous company installed it right on the basement floor where any backup/water could possibly get into the system. They were very prompt and showed up on time/on schedule. They were very upfront about costs and pricing and there were no last-minute price changes or hidden fees, which I appreciate. Work was done well and they ensured that everything worked before leaving the job site. The gentlemen working were very professional and understanding. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to replace their HVAC or to correct work that was previously poorly done."

"The job was an entire bathroom replacement. This contractor came to the job after a previous contractor failed to complete the project. The contractor was very knowledgeable and able to repair and replace parts improperly installed. They also did the complete bathtub and shower installation. Both Travis and Tom took the time to explain the process and let me know of any issues and how to properly repair them. The communication was excellent and the quoted cost was appropriate. They made the entire process go smoothly even with unexpected issues or delays. I would highly recommend this company for any future project as they are knowledgeable and dependable giving the customer a high quality service and product."

"The project was on the high end of the price range, the sales guys were nice and had a well put together pitch. The guys who did the work were very nice and did great work. These guys truly were the best part. Now the down side, there was a problem with ordering the shower door and the communication around that was extremely poor. It wasn?t until I wrote an email to the customer service department did anyone get back to me about where my shower door was. Overall it took a little over a month to get the door installed after the shower was complete. That wouldn?t have been so bad if they had better communication about the project. In the end, I am happy with the shower that was installed. I would recommend them, just be prepared to be very proactive about communication if anything goes sideways."

"I recently had the pleasure of working with The Shower Company for a shower installation, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. Not only did they complete the shower replacement efficiently and professionally, but they also went above and beyond when our sump pump failed unexpectedly. In an emergency situation, their team responded quickly, assessing the issue with our sump pump and installing a new one that very same day. It was such a relief to have such a dependable company handle both issues seamlessly. The technicians were knowledgeable, courteous, and truly cared about resolving the problem quickly, even during an urgent situation. From the initial consultation to the emergency repair, The Shower Company exceeded expectations. If you're looking for reliable, professional service, I highly recommend them! They have earned my trust and future business."
