"This all started last winter when the roof started to leak around the fireplace.  Mr. Scandroli came out and looked at the problem and put tar all over the roof to keep it from leaking until the roof could be repaired in the spring. To my surprise he called in mid march and said they would start the roof the next Monday.  High winds kept that from happening for two days but the work started on Wednesday and was completed in 5 days.  The men came at 8am every day and worked through till it was dark.  They always made sure that everything was picked up at the end of the day.  Mr. Scandroli came by twice every day and talked to me about the progress of the roof.  The roof and gutters look great and the service was exceptional."

"Alan made an appointment to come to the house and give us an estimate.  He wrote the estimate right away and told us when he could come do the work.  He and his crew were on time, friendly, and professional.  They took all necessary steps to prepare the areas for painting, and keep the other areas clean.  They repaired drywall in the master bathroom, and down the basement stairwell.  Everything looks like new!  They didn't take any shortcuts on prep or painting.

"After a tornado came through Lena, Illinois in April, 2026, Midwest Roofing and Concrete was one of many contractors out and about helping to patch the damaged areas to prevent further damage and it was done at no cost to us. We contacted our insurance and Midwest was then contacted for an estimate and ultimately hired. They were great to work with and have a great team that did both the patch work and the actual roof replacement and gutter replacement. All in all, everything was done in a couple months….
