They dropped off the equipment one day before the project even though it had snowed the night before. The morning they came to do the roof, we still had ice on the roof, but instead of delaying the project, they scraped all of the ice off our roof and still got the whole roof done in one day! He knew exactly how to deal with the insurance companies and always had the correct forms on hand that would need to be submitted. He looked for ways to save on using our insurance funds and came in below the estimate. He made sure to give us better quality shingles than what was installed before. When our roof in the neighborhood seemed to be on the border for being replaced, he made sure to advocate for us. It turned out the insurance company did not disagree.
