"Do not hire! I was excited because he had great reviews. I provided photos of what I was looking for in a banister. I?ll admit, one photo was a bit different from the others, but he did not try to clear any questions. He did not provide plans for the project or confirm anything before starting the job. His time management was poor and it took him a lot longer than was told. He did not communicate about additional costs on things, and then blames for losing money because he had to buy extra things. Communication goes a long way. After the job was complete, I told him if he can fix it, I would like him to. But if he can?t, that if we can agree to a partial refund. I had already lost confidence in this job. His time management was poor once more and I told him I?d like a refund instead so that I can find someone who can fix it. I?ve received many quotes from other professionals and they all say it?s not salvageable and it?s not up to code. I?m Now having to hire an inspector to verify."
