They told us what they found and what we needed to do if we want toâ no pressure, no gimmicks, and so far no problems. "I have mixed feelings about the work: The estimate was quick and easy. They provided two coats of Sherwin Williams paint. There was quite a bit of scraping and prep work as I let it go too long before repainting and they were very thorough with that. There was a language barrier which caused a few issues but they were worked out. I was glad I did this in the fall because my perennial plants were ready to be trimmed back. Quite a few of them were trampled under the windows. Plus I found a broken window pane in a bedroom that is not often used. It wasn't there before their work."

"Had a bit of a communication problem after they submitted an estimate. It would appear that the office staff dropped the ball. The work was absolutely top notch. Explained my concerns about pressure washing the roof prior to the sealing (already had leaks) to the gentleman who came with the crew for the repair. He allayed my concerns and accomplished the pressure washing without so much as a drop of leakage down to the room. I was definitely impressed with that. He explained to me in great detail what they were going to do to complete the repair and the finished product looked neat and professional. Would definitely recommend them."
