"What a great experience from the start to finish. I bought a new A/C unit cause my house was so hot and my electric bill was outrageous. The unit never shut off, So I purchased a larger unit thinking that would help. Unfortunately my house continued to be hot! Charles came out and installed R38 insulation. Which helped but unfortunately my house was still 78-82 degrees. I contacted Charles and told him what was happening. He came out asap did thermal scanning and discovered that there was a possible problem with my new A/C unit! I called the A/C company the first thing out their mouth was that my insulation was bad!!! Without even checking my unit. I told them I had insulation installed just days ago and to please call Charles if you needed any details. After the diagnostics testing was done I did in fact have an issue with the unit! I am so grateful for Charles and his team. They were professional, caring and honest. Just awesome to work with.
