"It all started with a door knock. We were in need of getting our windows replaced and a gentleman knocked on our door. Turns out, he was setting up appointments for window replacement. After hearing a little about the technology in the windows I wanted to set up an appointment. The availability was good and next thing you know July is at my door with some samples. The sound dampening and heat retention features were all I needed to hear. The window tech does a lot more than that but I was sold at those features. We settled on the number of windows and agreed on financing then setup financing. They even helped with our HOA request to have work done. A date was decided on for service and Tadas arrived with his partner. They were very professional and made sure I was aware of everything they were doing. After all was done an inspection was had and everything was good. All in all the experience from start to finish was great! The wife and I are happy."

"The winter temperatures of 2022-23 were a bit harsh on our siding. We were utilizing our whole house humidifier to keep our house comfortable but the combination of the moisture and extreme temps led to some of our siding warping around two of our upstairs windows. It was very startling and concerning to see our siding buckle virtually overnight. We needed to make sure there wasnâ t damage underneath the siding and have it repaired as quickly as possible. He took the time to explain how he would repair the siding, what he would be looking for underneath it to ensure there wasnâ t additional hidden damage and answered all of our questions. His quote went up slightly because we asked him to add trim around both windows when he fixed the siding. He sent us an itemized estimate via text and we set a date and time for the repair. When the forecast called for bad weather the day we had scheduled, Trey reached out and asked if he could come earlier (on the weekend) to make sure our house could be fixed before the next storm moved in! He showed up on time and with a couple crew members to to do the fix. They did a fantastic job! He removed the old siding and before they replaced it, he brought us out to show us there was no damage underneath. He color matched the old paint in our house perfectly! He and his crew were punctual, considerate and they left our yard and patio clean. Weâ re incredibly pleased with the repair! We are hiring Trey to trim out our remaining doors and windows when paints our house in the spring. He does great work for a very reasonable price!!"

"I'll start by confessing that I'm a residential contractor myself so I'm somewhat of a discriminating (picky) buyer. Knowing nothing about siding though, it wasn't easy finding a company willing to partially re-side our house... most contractors were only interested in re-siding the entire home. After learning this, we went thru multiple "siding repair" contractors who simply struck me as unprofessional, so I kept looking. Koalaty responded timely and responsibly, and I am happy to report they did so every step of the way. We found them to be more flexible than their competitors and they were able to accommodate all my requests.
