He was very forthright and honest about everything that needed to be explored as he went. He even provided options for removing minimal drywall for a clean, safe replacement of the existing gas pipe. I appreciated his attention to detail to replace the line in the most clean approach with the existing structure -- not an easy task from what other competing bids were proposing.
