"Did not take appropriate action to avoid getting fibreglass pieces all over the house and in the air. They did not clean up very well, so I had to even go out and vacuum the garage and driveway afterwards. I checked to attic the next day and there are high and low spots and the insulation is not compact so not sure how much good it is going to do. The installers banged their ladder into the wall a couple of times which left black marks on our walls. Installers got an **attitude** when I said I was paying by credit card and would call in. The office staff was very pleasant when I called to pay."
