"Excellent experience with this company. Hired them to do some difficult restoration work on two second story balconies that sustained prolonged water damage. Jeff Heape is a pleasure to work with and his technicians could not have been nicer. The crew did the demolition and restoration work professionally, with great respect for our property and with fantastic results. Jeff Heap was spot on in his estimates and planning and county inspections went smooth as glass. His engineer developed a design for the restoration that was just perfect. Jeff also was very knowledgeable about and helped me work through the insurance process as well as squaring things with our Home Owners Association and the County inspectors. The end results of the project were better than I or my wife could have hoped for. Project was brought in on-budget, in a most reasonable period of time (particularly given the complexity of the work and permitting) and without any anxiety or our time chasing things down"

"Estero Island Restoration & Design has been a pleasure to work with. After Hurricane Ian we had a slew of contractors come out and bid our flooded home. Mike and Dennis were a refreshing reminder there are still honest people in the world. Their bidding was beyond fair and very comprehensive to what we needed. Once the work began we knew we made the right choice. Their guys were reliable, hard working and courteous of other trades coming through the house. They locked the property every night and always cleaned up after themselves. Most of all their work was fantastic. Mike and Dennis are fantastic at communicating where we are in the process and were always reachable for any questions we had. We only hired them for sheetrock and tile but will be having them finish our house now that we have seen how they operate. They are true professionals."
