"Ken came out from PF Constuction LLC & showed us a product. He explained that the coating once applied to the roof would make it seamless & carried a 50-year warranty. He stated it was about 1/2 the price of a new roof. My sister-in-law went ahead with the job & gave Ken 6000 to start the job. Ken also stated the debris & trees had to be removed & for Barbara to write him a check for 3000 to get that done. He said it would be better to write the check to him because he could cash it at her bank & get the job done much faster than if we wrote a check to PF Construction. Barbara gave him a check & the next day a crew of 5 men came out & cleared the tree branches from roof & picked up the debris from Hurricane Milton. He found more things that needed repair & got another 1500 for those repairs again the check written to Kenny to get what he needed & he completed those repairs. The soffits were in bad shape after the storm & age & he said he would repair them & caulk to seal them & paint them to complete the work. Barbara gave him another check to get the materials he needed. He did the wood repairs but never caulked the soffits or painted them & he just never came back to the job."

Roof looks great, clean up was great and at completion, I pointed out a couple of minor items which they resolved on the spot. I even noticed a small tear in a window screen after they left, they had a screen repair guy at my house the same day. Not the cheapest out there (I got three quotes), but you get what you pay for (including a 15 year warranty which no one else came close to). "The roof looked really good. We started getting some heavy rains and the roof began leaking. He has been back about 4 times. I have now been trying to call. I was trying to be patient, but no one bothered to call back. The last time I called they informed me that I was on the list, but they would not be calling me to acknowledge that they had received my request. Basically, my complaint was not as important as the others. I said that was enough. I am not satisfied with their actions. Mr. Palmer and his crew did a fine job initially and were very nice. Now after the job is done and I am seeing leaks, they are not being responsive. I cannot paint inside my kitchen with the leaks. I would not recommend them to anybody. Mr. Palmer himself was professional, but the service I was getting from the people that answered the phones was unacceptable."
