The quote and the actual cost were surprisingly within $25. The plumber worked all morning he removed the toilet and started snaking the pipes. He removed the roots and found everything else that was clogging the toilet. He then replaced the wax ring and put the toilet back in place. He cleaned up the bathroom when he was finished."
