"Claudio, at All About Pavers, is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of each paving project. We were told by 5 companies that what we wanted for our pool deck could not be accomplished because of the slant & angle of our existing deck. Claudio arrived and never once mentioned how difficult it would be, or that it could not be done. The end result is nothing short of amazing and was finished in a timely manner. Each and every time we called to check on something, or made changes in the middle of the project, we were greeted with the same professional smile and “absolutely” we were hoping for. I would highly recommend All About Pavers if you need anything done to upgrade your property. It’s always a huge project, with lots of noise and dust, but in the end it will all be worth it. We absolutely LOVE our new pool deck, sidewalk, and landing. Thanks Claudio!!"

"Upon contacting TFR Paving my call was returned with in 24 hrs. Terry assigned a sub-contractor to come out and give me an estimate and he was very porfessional. To save me money I purchased the bags of concrete and just paid for the labor. A lot of friends informed me that if I didn't have a cement truck pour it instead of using bags then it wouldn't come out very well, but that was definitely not the case. With in 5 days of contact TFR my patio was complete and it looked great. I would highly recommend them and will be contacting them if I need another job done within thier expertise. Terry also contacted me through out the process to ensure the sub-contractors were meeting all my expectations. <br />"

"Warmzone has been very responsive. However, the installers made mistakes installing the system and when they went to correct it, somehow caused damage that made the system inoperable. They had to come back a year later and redo it. Now it works pretty good. Every time I've had questions Warmzone has been very responsive. i would use them again--but use their recommended installers and not my contractors who did it last time. <br /> One caveat: The system doesn't always work perfectly in very cold weather with fast accumulating snow. We have old-fashioned clay brick pavers. Next time I'll send Warmzone a sample of the pavers so that they can test for the power needed to operate the system effectively. <br /> But--they sell a great product and they're very helpful to deal with. They'll get right on the phone with you and troubleshoot, even long after the sale. <br />"

"I don't consider myself an expert in anything, and I know I can trust the guys at Bexley to always do a good job for me in whatever area of service I happen to need. I've been using them for a very long time for everything from re-wiring entire warehouses to concrete or whatever else I need. There's never any fight or struggle over what needs to be done, and they get it done quickly."

FAQs for asphalt paving installation projects in Fort Walton Beach, FL

Most driveways wrap up in roughly a week. Allow two to three days for installation, followed by an additional two to three days for the surface to cure. Concrete and asphalt follow this timeline, whereas a gravel job often finishes more quickly. Laying out the schedule upfront makes it easier to plan your week and your budget.

Sealer prevents water, salt, and UV rays from damaging the surface. Apply a fresh coat every one to three years, and you’ll slow down the growth of cracks, avoid pricey repairs, and keep the driveway looking sharp. A local professional can handle the job efficiently and ensure even coverage.

Material is the significant driver when it comes to the lifespan of a driveway. Asphalt stays strong for about 20 years, concrete lasts 30 to 40 years, and paver stones can last 50 to 100 years because you can swap out damaged bricks. With regular top-ups, a gravel drive can also reach the century mark. Knowing these timelines helps you map out long-term maintenance and replacement costs.

Repaving strips everything down and starts fresh, letting you change the layout or improve drainage before pouring new material. Resurfacing, on the other hand, adds a top layer over a solid base, giving you a facelift without the need for a complete demolition. Go with repaving when the base is failing; choose resurfacing when the structure is sound and you just need a new surface.
