Julio walked through the project with me as I explained what I wanted/needed and he communicated what could and couldn't be done while detailing the why behind his conclusions/suggestions. It was important that all the dimensions of the slab be met accurately and that the 6 posts be placed precisely and perfectly vertical. They were. Working with Jaime was very satisfying as we had numerous discussions about details as the job progressed. I provided some large salvage planks from the old shed that could be used to build forms, and he provided several significant suggestions to improve the end result. The slab was on a slight slope. He provided much deeper concrete on the downhill side to anchor the slab and resist underwash. He provided a large footer under each post before the main concrete pour, because the posts were going to carry the entire weight of the roof. I would not have thought to do that. This is the value of hiring an experienced contractor. The shed has been completed and the first delivery of sawdust has been made. The slabs stood up to the significant weight of the delivery truck as can be seen in my pictures."

"The work was done very well as discussed previously. Pablo was very conscientious with his work. Trees and bushes were trimmed to allow light for the grass. French drain to capture water runoff was installed. Work was done efficiently. Grass seed and cover were put down. Sump pump runout needs some more work as per photo."
